  The rooms were disgusting when I wen t with my friend, there were bugs in the room of nearly each corner and the bathrooms were dirty. Im am not sure if Ibis made a good name adding styles to it? Terrible. I asked for room service and they did not respond. Also the food was yucky as the plates were not cleaned properly. When I got breakfast The bread was all soggy because of this. Do not recommend it to anyone.

  We book the conference room 6 months in advance and give specifics as to how we would like the room set up. The person working with us seemed diligent at the time, taking notes and what not. However, on the day of our event we came in early to find nothing in order. Our request were entirely ignored. When we inquired has to why the conference room was in such a state, our questions were met with rude and condescending remarks by the area coordinator herself( Natasha) We ended up doing majority of the set up ourselves. Only one member of the staff was helpful (Emma). All in all, the service was poor and the staff were rude.
